What is Bee on Call?
We are a concierge company that provides personal assistance to busy individuals, families, seniors, and small businesses. We can assist in a variety of different tasks. Feel free to contact us in regards to anything that you need help with. If we cannot assist you, we will attempt to find someone who can.
Why should I hire Bee on Call?
Bee on Call takes pride in the services that we provide to our clients. Our priority is to help individuals decrease the stress and frustration that comes from busy lifestyles. Our company was created out of the joy of helping others.... Whether you are behind on tasks, over committed, or unable to complete day-to-day tasks, Bee on Call is happy to help!
What types of tasks does your company perform for clients?
We have several services listed on each of our category pages here on our site, but we are not limited to these tasks. We are happy to try to accommodate any request, as long as it is legal. ☺ As mentioned above, if we are unable to complete a request, we are happy to recommend someone who can, if we have a resource.
What geographical areas do you service?
Bee on Call services the mid-cities area of DFW, primarily the cities of Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Roanoke, Watauga, and North Richland Hills. As of 2022 we have expanded our service offerings to Central Texas, primarily New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, and Sequin. If you happen to reside or own a business outside of these areas, please do not hesitate to contact us with your request. We have a network of qualified contractors throughout the areas and expanding all the time.
How do I make an inquiry and/or request a service?
Requests for services should be made a minimum of 24-48 hours in advance.
Submit requests through our website, email us at info@beeoncall.net or feel free to call or text us at 817-715-2849 for services in the DFW area or 830-832-0683 for Central Texas.
How much do you charge for your services?
Our pricing really depends on the service requested. Most services are priced on a per hour basis, with discounts offered for purchasing blocks of hours up front. We also have fixed pricing for services such as pet sitting and transportation needs. For on-going or long-term services, we are happy to customize a price structure that meets your needs and your budget.
Is there a minimum service charge?
Yes, there is minimum of a one-hour service charge for any service rendered from Bee on Call.
Is my personal information secure with Bee on Call?
Client privacy and customer confidentiality are maintained to the highest of standards. We do not trade, sell, or share your information with advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.
Do you offer assistance in emergency situations?
Feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your request if at all possible. Additional fees may be applied for short notice requests.
